Birla Corporation announced that the credit rating assigned to the Commercial Paper of RCCPL, Wholly-Owned Material Subsidiary of the Company has been re-affirmed at CRISIL A1+.

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has received affirmation in credit ratings from India Ratings and Research for bank loan facilities and commercial paper at IND AA+; Stable/ IND A1+.

Supreme Industries has received affirmation in credit ratings from CRISIL Rating for bank facilities (Rs 1710.9 crore) and commercial paper (Rs 200 crore) at CRISIL AA+; Stable / CRISIL A1+.

REC announced the incorporation of Apta Power Transmission as a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Power Development and Consultancy (subsidiary of REC). The company has been incorporated for establishment of 765/400/220kV AIS Apta (Dist. Raigad).

Gujarat State Petronet announced the cessation of Milind Torawane, IAS as Director due to his transfer and appointment as Principle Secretary to Government, Education Department (Primary & Secondary Education) vide notification dated 23 December 2025.

Craftsman Automation announced that the company has made a further equity investment of Rs.9,230/- (ie.,923 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each, aggregating to 4.61% of the equity share capital) in Viksha Green Energy (VGEPL) for solar power under the Group Captive Scheme as required under the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Post the aforesaid further investment, the total equity shareholding of the Company in VGEPL stands at 10.39%.

Dilip Buildcon through its DBL-SRBG (JV) has received Completion Certificate of the project “Construction of extra-dosed Bridge across Sharavathi Backwaters and approaches between Ambargodu and Kalasavalli of NH – 369E in the state of Karnataka (Job No. NH-369E-KNT-201819-895) on EPC Basis”. The completion certificate has been issued by the authority and had declared the project fit for entry into operation w.e.f. 12 August 2025.
