| Initial public issue of 54,99,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Emmforce Autotech Limited ("EAL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 98/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 88/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to
Rs. 53.90 crores ("The Issue"), of which upto 2,76,000 equity shares of
Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 98/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 88/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.70 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of upto 52,23,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each including a share premium of Rs. 98/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 51.19 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.83% and 25.48%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
