The Face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each. The Issue price is 27.50 times of the face value of the equity shares.
A discount of Rs. 12 on the issue price mey be offered to Retail Individual Investors ("Retail Discount") and to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion ("Employee Discount").
