| Initial Public Offer of upto 1,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Limited (The "company") for cash at a price of Rs. 60 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 50 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. 60 crores (the "offer") comprising of a fresh issue of upto 30,00,000 equity shares by the company aggregating up to Rs. 18 crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of upto 70,00,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders (referredto as the selling shareholders) aggregating to Rs. 42 crores ("offer for sale"). The offer would constitute upto 26.63%, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital.
The face value of the equity share of Rs.10 each.The offer price is Rs.60 per equity share, which is 6 times the face value of the equity share.
