| Public issue of 3,321,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("equity shares") of Salasar Techno Engineering Limited ("Salasar" or "The Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 108/- per Equity share (The "Issue Price") (including share premium of Rs. 98/- per equity share) aggregating Rs. 35.87 crores (The "Issue").
