| Initial Public Offering of 25,00,175 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 400 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 390 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), Aggregating Rs. 100.00 Crores ("Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of 26,315 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1 crores for purchase by Eligible Employees ("The Employee Reservation Portion").
