| Initial public offering of 135,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 60 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 50 per equity share for the fresh issue) ("offer price") aggregating to Rs. 810 Crores, comprising a fresh issue of 75,000,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 450 Crores by the company ("fresh issue") and an offer for sale of up to 60,000,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 360 Crores by QSR Asia Pte Ltd ("promoter selling shareholder") ("offer for sale", and together with the fresh issue, "offer").
